Unlimited members were treated to an advance screening of Hirokazu Kore-eda's powerful new drama Monster. Remember, if you're not a member of Unlimited you're seriously missing out, so scroll to the end of this post and sign up today.
Kore-eda is renowned for his acute studies of contemporary Japanese family life (Shoplifters et al) and Monster is no different. This multifaceted, Rashomon-esque story explores a young boy's sudden and bizarre change in behaviour, shifting the perspectives between the child, his concerned mother and the boy's teacher.
It all builds to a memorable climax set to leave viewers moved and surprised in equal measure. We've rounded up some Unlimited responses that will incentivise you to watch Monster upon its release this March.
