Tom Hiddleston and Tilda Swinton star as ancient vampire lovers in Jim Jarmusch's cool twist on the bloodsucker movie. Adam (Tom Hiddleston) is a reclusive, Detroit-based cult rock star vampire. His lover of many centuries, Eve (Tilda Swinton), is living in Tangier. Since the blood of 'zombies' - aka humans - is not to be trusted, each has acquired a trusted source of high-quality crimson fluid. Adam bribes haematologist Dr. Watson (Jeffrey Wright) for vast supplies. Eve relies upon fellow vampire Christopher Marlowe (John Hurt), who wrote all of Shakespeare's plays. When the pale, beautiful and cultured couple reunite, they're joined by Eve's wild child sister Ava (Mia Wasikowska). But her impetuous behaviour disrupts their relationship. 'Ghost Dog' director Jim Jarmsuch's hip, stylish and distinctively languorous drama takes the vampire movie into fascinating new territory. The fabulous cast is headed by Tom Hiddleston, who's best known to cinemagoers as Loki in the Thor films.
