A girl from a conservative Punjabi family embarks on a global journey of self-discovery in this inspirational drama. Twenty-four year-old Rani (Kangana Ranaut) has had a sheltered upbringing in Rajouri, New Delhi. Ever since she was nine, she's been saving up for her honeymoon. And there was never any doubt about who she would marry, as her parents were keen to match her with Vijay (Rajkummar Rao) - the son of a close family friend. But as the wedding draws closer, Vijay drops a bombshell. He calls the whole thing off, citing a mismatch of interests and lifestyles. Devastated, Rani makes a bold decision. She opts to go on honeymoon alone, leaving the country for the very first time! Along the way, she learns more about the world - and herself. Vikas Bahl's spirited Hindi drama was filmed in 145 colourful locations, taking in European capitals Paris, Amsterdam and London
